What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative Support + Project Coordination
• Support coordination of retail go-to-market processes, ensuring key dates are tracked and communicated
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups across stakeholders and ensure timely completion
• Organize and maintain digital files, product information and key documents with accuracy and consistency
• Presentation & Communication Development
• Create, format and edit PowerPoint presentations to support executive communication
• Translate raw inputs (notes, data, ideas) into structured, visually clear slides aligned with brand standards
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and professionalism in all written and visual communications
• Data & Reporting Support
• Assist in maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools used by the retail team
• Support ad hoc analysis and information gathering as needed
Experience and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, buying support, project coordination, or administrative roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in a multi-unit retail environment or corporate retail support center is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving mindset with a 'can‑do' attitude
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential business information
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business concepts into clear, well-structured presentation materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
