Distribution Center & Hotel

Our Distribution Center is where it all starts. Located about 15 minutes from our Home Office in Lebanon, TN, our goods are received here and prepared for delivery to locations across the country. Whether you’re loading shipments, packing merchandise, or labeling boxes from our climate-controlled, technologically advanced warehouse, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s integral to our operations. Looking for a change of pace? Our Cedar Valley Inn hotel, also located in Lebanon, offers you the chance to be a pioneer member of Cracker Barrel’s hospitality team.

Training You for Success

No experience? No problem! We have training and development programs that help you gain new skills and rise in your role.

    Our PAR (Personal Achievement Responsibility) Program trains everyone in our stores and retail locations and introduces skills needed for certain jobs. Four PAR levels for each skill position correspond to gold stars on the aprons you’ll wear. Achieving these gold stars gets you on the road to becoming a Shift Lead or Skill Trainer.

    New and existing employees looking to become a Manager can take our Managers in Transition (MIT) Training, a 7-week program that prepares you to lead your own Cracker Barrel. You’ll get 2 free meals each day of your training, and if your training store is more than 50 miles away from home, we’ll provide a hotel room for you.

    Our Cracker Barrel Business (MCBB) Program is a 3-day training program for top-performing store GMs who want to become District Managers. This seminar, held twice a year, teaches you the necessary skills and provides a preview of the DM role.
