What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

• Solution Design
  • Lead the design of end-to-end digital solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and long-term digital roadmap.
  • Define and govern scalable, secure, and modular architectures across native mobile applications, Sitecore DXP, Azure-based function apps, and microservice ecosystems.
  • Establish architectural patterns and standards that ensure consistency in performance, security, resilience, and user experience across all digital channels.
  • Serve as the senior architectural authority for cross-platform digital initiatives, ensuring solutions are cloud-native and future-ready.
• Requirements Analysis
  • Partner closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and functional requirements.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear technical architectures, solution designs, and integration approaches.
  • Balance business priorities with technical constraints, ensuring solutions are both practical and scalable.
• Technology Evaluation & Strategy
  • Stay current with emerging digital, cloud, and integration technologies, assessing their relevance to the organization's digital ecosystem.
  • Evaluate, select, and recommend platforms, frameworks, and architectural approaches that strengthen digital capabilities and accelerate delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership in platform decisions related to Sitecore DXP, Azure services, mobile technologies, and API/microservice tooling.
• Collaboration & Technical Leadership
  • Work closely with digital delivery teams, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
  • Provide hands-on architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, including design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and critical implementation efforts.
  • Collaborate with project and product managers to support delivery planning, estimate effort, identify dependencies, and manage technical risks.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to digital and business leadership.
• Documentation & Architecture Governance
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate, and reusable documentation covering architecture, design decisions, integration patterns, and implementation standards.
  • Ensure architectural documentation is accessible and actively used by development and operations teams.
  • Establish and enforce architectural guardrails while enabling teams to deliver efficiently.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices
  • Define and promote best practices for digital development, cloud architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Review architectures and implementations to ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and solution architects to elevate overall technical maturity.
• Risk Management, Security & Compliance
  • Identify architectural and technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies throughout solution design and delivery.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure digital solutions adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure solutions are designed for availability, fault tolerance, observability, and operational support.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or digital architecture roles, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms.
• Native iOS application architecture (Swift, iOS architectural patterns, build and release practices)
• Native Android application architecture (Kotlin, Android architectural patterns, build and release practices)
• Experience designing composable Sitecore architectures
• Sitecore XM Cloud
• Sitecore AI
• Sitecore OrderCloud
• Sitecore DAM (Content Hub DAM)
• Sitecore CDP and Personalize
• Next.js
• Azure Functions and serverless application design
• Azure API Management (APIM) and API-first integration strategies
• Identity and access management, including Azure AD / Entra ID and Azure AD B2C
