Retail Training

This is where it all begins. Our training program is designed to ensure you gain the skills and expertise you need to tackle any challenge.

Week 1-2
Our training program begins in a store, where you will train alongside another Retail Manager. Here, you’ll learn about guest service, how to work the register, service sales, scheduling and merchandising.

Week 3-4
This classroom training session at our Home Office will reinforce what you’ve learned, plus further hone your knowledge of the basics – staffing retention and development, situational leadership, visual presentation and products, just to name a few.

Week 5
Finally, you’ll set foot in your own store. For the first week, you’ll get your bearings with another Retail Manager on hand to answer any questions you may have. And then you’re on your own. Of course, with our in-depth resource library, and management network, you will never feel like you have nowhere to turn for help.
