As you begin your new job, we’ll make sure you’re good and ready. First, you’ll receive an orientation to our company, and get to know our policies, procedures and benefits. Secondly, you’ll be taught the basics of your job from someone who knows the lay of the land in your department.

Your learning doesn’t have to end there. You’ll always have the opportunity to continue your development through job-related seminars and classes, including Time Management, Situational Leadership, Effective Communications, Presentation Skills and others.

If your job requires special computer training, or if you simply want to enhance your current skills, we also offer computer-based classes. These are available at our Home Office here in Lebanon, Tennessee.
