Hourly Training

As an hourly employee, either on the frontline or in the back-of-the-house, you're our ambassador of good service and quality food. Which means you have to love pleasing people as much as we do. Our training program not only sets you up for success, but rewards your accomplishments at the completion of each stage.

How does it work?

Each position has different policies, procedures and things you have to know to make yourself successful, more productive and more efficient at your job. Not only will you be tested on your performance, but also on your knowledge of these basic practices. But don’t worry, we provide all the learning materials and paid shifts in which to study. In some locations, we even have an interactive learning center where you can learn the materials online. After all, we want you to succeed.

The program progresses through four different levels. Each level has a minimum time requirement, but how far and fast you go is really up to you. At the completion of each level, you’ll be eligible for a pay increase, a star for your apron, and various discounts and insurance premium decreases.
