Most frequent questions from our guests

A plastic card may be purchased online and used at any Cracker Barrel location. A digital gift card is sent electronically to an email address that the sender requests when placing an order, but works the same as our plastic version.

Merchandise refunds are gladly given within 90 days of purchase when merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt. After 90 days an exchange or merchandise return card will be issued for the current selling price for returns with an original receipt. For returns without a receipt, an exchange or merchandise return card will be issued at the current selling price. When returning merchandise paid for by personal check, allow 10 business days from date of purchase for a refund; within 10 business days or less of the original receipt purchase, an exchange or merchandise return card will be issued.

Contact Guest Relations to cancel the order. It may take up to one week to receive credit to your account.

Homestyle Meals with a Lighter Twist®

When you’re here, we hope you find a menu full of a variety of meals fit for whatever mood you’re in. If you’re looking for lighter fare but hate to sacrifice flavor, we’d like to introduce you to our Wholesome Fixin’s. They’re the same homestyle meals you know us for but with lower calories, sodium, and bad fats. But Wholesome Fixin’s isn’t about what we took out of your favorite dishes. What makes them so remarkable is what we put in–fresh, from-the-earth ingredients, spice blends full of flavor, and true, natural taste–all at portions sizes made to satisfy. Cooked in our kitchens with whole grains, fresh produce, and other beneficial nutrients, these meals make choosing lighter fare an easy, and fulfilling, choice. It’s Cracker Barrel’s tradition of taste served up in dishes that are better for you, and better every day.

Tasty Alternatives 

When you’re in the mood for lighter Cracker Barrel favorites, remember that our Tasty Alternatives can be substituted for no extra charge. Some of our favorite Tasty Alternatives include subbing Egg Beaters for two eggs to cut 80 calories, or two slices of Multigrain Toast instead of biscuits to save 100 calories. For the bacon lovers, you can substitute Turkey bacon to cut 100 calories over the traditional. And for those watching sugar consumption, we gladly offer sugar-free syrup and preserves – even a no sugar added Apple Pie. We’re proud to accommodate each and every customer’s dietary concerns with satisfying alternatives.

Here at Cracker Barrel we believe that a business is only as strong as its community. That’s why we like to lend a hand as often as possible to community, local, and national charitable causes and organizations. To be eligible, Cracker Barrel has to receive your donation request 30 days before your event. The request must include the name of your organization with a brief description of your event, date of your event and Tax-ID number as you must be a 501(c)3 organization.
